Wouldn't You Rather Give Your Life a Definition in This Day and Age?

When you don't have a positive mindset about life, when you cannot really say what you want from life, when you cannot channel your life towards a direction, when you cannot identify your real virtues and abilities when life appears dull and empty to you, when you lack focus, when you allow your externals to determine your destiny, when you are believing your doubts and doubting your beliefs, when you lack confidence in yourself, when you are comparing yourself with someone else, when you allow people to divide what is important in your life, when you fail to organize your mindset towards things around you, when you don't know where you are going, when you allow your yesterday to rob you of your today, when you cannot think for a change, all this means that you have not defined your life.

You can climb and rise so high. Your mind is one of the most important tools needed in shaping your destiny. Your mindset is your life-set. No success can be actualized without a sound mindset, which means that success and failure have a correlation with the way you think. "For as a man thinks in his heart, so is he" (Proverbs 23Vs 7.) If you think you are beaten, you are. If you think you can't, it's almost a cinch you won't. If you think you'll lose, you're lost; for out of the world we find success begins with a fellow's will. It's all in a state of mind. Life's battles don't always go to the stronger and faster man, but sooner or later, the man who wins is the man who thinks he can. As you can see, it all depends on what you think about your thinking pattern. We are all people of equal destiny but what makes all the difference is the way we think, and this consequently affects our definition, which fixes our destiny. When you think differently, you will always have different results. Consider the saying of American poet, lecturer and essayist, Ralph Waldo Emerson: "To the dull mind, all the nature is laden, to the illuminated mind, the whole world burns and sparkles with light".

Think rightly and positively. You become what you think about, sooner or later. To give your life a definition that will make positive impact to this generation and the ones unborn, you must think positively. You might ask: what are the things you should think on? Philippians 4Vs 8 already has the answer, as apostle Paul rightly advised: "Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever thing are just, whatever things are of good report; if there be any virtues, and there be any praise, think on these things."
